Renewal SFI 300/1900
The renewal of your BE300/1900 SFI qualification aims to renew your qualification that would have passed the end of validity period (3 years).
Prerequisite
Have held a SFI BE 300/1900 qualification whose validity date has expired.
Program
If the BE300/1900 SFI qualification has expired, the candidate must, during the 12 months preceding the application :
- Perform the simulator part of the SFI training course,
- Have completed an instructor refresher training as an SFI with an ATO, which will include reminder courses about regulations update, instruction threats and dangers, and pedagogy.
- Pass the skills assessment, which mainly consists of conducting a pre-flight briefing, in-flight demonstrations, and evaluating the trainee's performance through a debriefing.
