Psycho-Pedagogy Training
This training is for any candidate for a first instructor rating (FI, CRI, IRI, TRI) and any experienced non-instructor pilot wishing to be a line training instructor.
It helps to develop the behaviours and skills to manage learning on ground or in flight.
The goal is to position the candidates as guarantor of flight safety.
The training will enable each trainee to set up an individual action plan in pedagogy and analyze a learning situation based on simple indicators.

- Valid pilot license.
Program
- Theoretical training: 25 hours or about 4 full time days.
