Crew Ressource Management
CRM training allows you understand and anticipate behavioural difficulties related to crew work, as well as those related to human.
Air Qualification takes advantage of the experience acquired over more than 17 years of multi-pilot operation with TWINJET company, as well as taking into account recent discoveries by neuro-medicine to adapt its courses and make them relevant for the exercise of the pilot job.
Prerequisite
- Initial training: None.
- Recurrent training: To have followed the initial training (that can offer Air Qualifications) and to be up to date of the other recurrent formation (3 years period).
In all cases, however, a protocol must be put in place so that Air Qualification instructor can know and demonstrate the knowledge of the operations of the operator employing the trainee.
Program
- Initial training: 11 hours of ground course
- Recurrent training: 2 hours of ground course / year over 3 years
