Multi Crew Coordination Instructor

The MCCI (Multi Crew Coordination Instructor) training will allow you to be instructor for the MCC course proposed at the end of the pilot training.
The first objective of the MCCI formation is to train you to multi pilot flight coordination. You will be under the supervision of a qualified instructor during scheduled sessions to learn how to manage a MCC and the associated environment (FNPT II).

The second objective will be to master the procedures that are described in the MCC Training Manual, to understand and program the teaching exercises defined in the training station.

Prerequisistes

- Be or have been holder of a CPL or ATPL license.

- 1500 hours of flying experience on a plane as pilot in multi pilot operation.

Program

-25 hours of teaching and learning. (Applicants already holder or having been holder of a FI or CRI or IRI or TRI or SFI qualification will not be subject to this training).

- 1 hour of technical training on our FNPT II FTD Level 2 MCC Be 300/1900 trainer (IOS training).

-  3 hours of theoretical course (instructor regulation, MCC regulation, session handling, CRM and NOTECHS recall).

- 6h of instruction on simulator under the control of one of our instructors. 

- 1 sessions of 3 hours of supervision on our FNPT II FTD Level 2 MCC Be 300/1900 trainer, or you will act alone while under the supervision of one of our instructors.
