The purpose of the MCC theoretical training is to enable the trainee to acquire the basic principles of multi-pilot crew flight operations.
However, the relationship between pilots and commercial crew is also emphasized during the training.
Indeed, the commercial air transport environment includes both pilots and flight attendants but also technical and ground support teams. The relationships between these different actors must be taken into account during theoretical training and synthetic trainer sessions
